To ensure a smooth and seamless ordering experience at Glunz.in, we’ve made the return policy much simpler.
Unused Product
You can return all the unused products within 3 days of delivery. Please ensure that the product is untampered with the seals, boxing, and other packaging material still intact. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. Reverse pick-up charges will be applicable (as per the geographical locations).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via support@gadgetkhan.com (expected response time 24-48 hours) or WhatsApp us at +91-721774737 (7 working hours) for more information.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, If you have paid by card, then we will reverse the payment. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, we will transfer the amount to your bank account after receiving the product back.
Damaged Product / Missing Items / Incorrect Order
If your order was delivered with damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We need a 360-degree Unboxing Video of the Package to Claim the damage or any missing items, without Video No Replacement will be Offered. We need the video so that we can raise a complaint with the courier company if there has been a theft or damage during transit. Share the video and images of the packaging & products at support@glunz.in or Whatsapp us on +91-7217744737 within those 48 hours. Upon investigation, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue a replacement. Replacements are subject to the product availability, if the product is not available in stock, the customer gets a full refund. Glunz.in reserves the right to make policy decisions in such cases. No additional compensation/freebies will be provided under any circumstances in these cases. Liability of any order/product is limited to the value of the order/product. (We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrong item)
You can only cancel your order if your order has not been fulfilled. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
